Warm Ups Body Squats 3 x 10 Double Walking Lunges 3 x 10 Sumo Body Squat 3 x 10
Seated Leg Press (horizontal) . 200 lbs 3 x 12 Conventional . 200 lbs 3 x 12 Sumo
Hip Adductor . 90 lbs 3 x 15
Hip Abductor . 90 lbs 3 x 15
Seated Leg Curl (1 leg) . 60 lbs 3 x 10
Seated Leg Extension (1 leg) . 75 lbs 3 x 10
Superset the adductor/abductor and curl/extension sets.
This was an early Sunday morning workout before church! And I also trained a client. This is starting out to be a great day!!
