flat bench: up to 495x1 Deadlifts: deficit deads up to 495x2 4' deficit Squats: box squats 95 5x15 front squats up to 315x1 close grip up to a fast rep with 405 x 5x1 and 455 all with pause weight last week was 223, i'll weigh again in the morning!!!
