Close grip bench- 2 sets of 5 1 set of 4
Incline dumbbells- 1 set of 4 2 sets of 8
Standing cable flies- 2 sets of 8 1 set of 9
Tricep pull downs- 3 sets of 9 super set with
Reverse grip pull downs- 3 sets of 8
Push ups- 2 sets to failure
