About 10 minutes of streching, had some nasty muscle pulls lately. 15 minutes of core work. RDL 135 for 5 sets to failure speed deads in conventional stance worked up to 405 for singles. 6 sets. Front squats worked up to 275 for doubles Box jumped 5x3. 20 min cardio. Weekend was full of over eating and watching football.

I can relate to overeating and football. Looking forward to some of that today with the BAMA--LSU game coming up this evening. ROLL TIDE !
