Sick as a dog Monday and Tuesday. So I hit all 3 Wednesday
Squats: Bar,95,135,225,225x5,315x3 Bench: 135,225,315x5,405x2 Dead lifts: (Deficit) 135,225,315x5,405x2,495x2 Jumped rope and core Plan on jumping rope Thursday and Friday as well !!
