Band stretches for rotator cuffs Flat bench-good warm up 2 sets of 2 6 sets of 3
Close grip bench-3 sets of 8
Seated military press-3 sets of 8
Floor presses dumbbells- 1 set of 14 1 set of 9 1 set to failure I was pressed for time and had to leave. My work out partners also done lying tricep extensions and plate raises.
