Cardio/Strength/Biceps
Treadmill 30 min walk/run = 2.0 miles
Group Power Fitness Class Instructor Practice Session 60 min full body strength training session (intense)
Strict Curl . 55% max 6 x 8 . 85% max 2 x 3
Reverse Curl (moderate weight) 3 x 8
Hammer Curl (heavy weight) 2 x 8
Trained biceps tonight after 90 min cardio/strength sessions. Fatigue was a limiting factor, but I felt good about not skipping my routine. Chose to use a variety that hit different parts of the biceps with only 3 exercises so that I could maximize my efforts.
