Well for those of you who dont know me I used to be a powerlifter, who started wearing a kilt and throwing trees. I am 39 years old and about 240 ish. I have been lifting since high school and have been competive since 2001.
It is my throwing off season so things are a little different now. 20 min. core work. All kind of twisting, rotational movements. Trained back and shoulders rotator work, shoulder press alternating dumbell, lateral pulls. Chins wide grip, 4 sets to failure, 4 sets with chains close grip. Overhead snatch from knees 3x3, 135 cleans from knee 185 dumbell snatch 60, 80, 90 3x2. 25 minutes cardio.
