Group Power group fitness class
1 hour of training with our group power instructors. We are practicing as we are preparing to launch this class at our gym this spring.
The class is a full hour of strength training with low weights & high reps for an intense full body workout. It is amazing to get pumped up without maximum weights, and to get your cardio & strength training at the same time. Triceps were very challenging tonight after pushing them to exhaustion last night.
This was a light workout between my two heaviest days this week. Enjoyed this training session immensely.
