First day in the gym since Thursday!! Worked long hours over the holiday weekend, and had dinners with my parents & sibblings, and with my children. Ready to get back into my routine!!Bench Press. bar weight 2 x 10 . 70% max 1 x 5 . 75% max 1 x 5 . 80% max 1 x 3 . 85% max 1 x 3 Just for fun . 68% max 3 x 15 Closed-Grip Bench Press. 95 lbs 2 x 8 & 1 x 6 Dumbbell Incline Press. (moderate wt) 3 x 15 Dumbbell Floor Press. (heavy) 3 x 10 Dumbbell Tricep Externsion. 6 x 8 w/ 30 seconds rest between sets Tremendous workout tonight. Triceps are burning!! Bench press was good tonight. Added extra sets w/lightened weight to keep my spot in the rotation until everyone finished their sets. It was a good challenge, and made the closed grip bench presses a greater challenge than usual. Those last sets of tricep extensions were excruciating as I pushed to exhaustion. Welcome back from the holidays!!
