Warm Up . Hip Abductor machine (moderate) 3 x 20 . Hip Adductor machine (moderate) 3 x 20 . Squat w/ bar weight 2 x 10
Manta Ray Squat in power rack . 70% max 4 x 3 . 80% max 2 x 3 . 90% max 1 x 1 (add belt) . 95% max 1 x 1
Short-banded Deadlift (super mini band around bar & under each foot) . 55% max 1 x 6 . 55% max 1 x 3 . 55% max 1 x 3 (add belt)
