Group Power Instructor Training Classes 3 very long days of group fitness strength training, plus several hours of at-home practice.
I usually do only cardio on weekends, and I try to do something outside the gym. This weekend was quite different but gave me a tremendous amount of both cardio & strength training, while keeping the weights light and the reps insanely high. Loved it!
