Post-Competition Week Stayed out of the gym yesterday to get some rest. Still tired, but ready to start lifting heavy again.
Deadlift Warm up w/ bar 3 x 5 . 50% max 1 x 5 . 65% max 4 x 3 . 75% max 2 x 1
Step-Ups (about knee high) w/dumbbells 3 x 10
Good Mornings w/ 50 lb sandbag 3 x 8
Pull-Throughs w/ average band 3 x 10
Good workout tonight! Last sets of deadlifts were tough due to lingering fatique. Stopped short of the planned sets, but got a good workout without risking injury.
