Post-Competition Week Competed in Full Power & Strict Curl on 12/10/11. Light workout due to fatigue. Always "listen to your body."
Bench Press Warm up w/bar 2 x 10 65% max 1 x 10 70% max 1 x 10 75% max 1 x 10
Felt strong on all 3 sets, but body is exhausted. I'm done!
