Competition WeekCardioElliptical - 30 minutes, burning 342 caloriesNo lifting today, justing resting up for the push/pull & strict curls coming up on Saturday. Will teach Group Power tomorrow as my last light lift day for the week. Doing cardio only to keep myself active and to try to cut a couple more pounds this week
