Flat bench(board benching four boards)- good warm up 2 sets of 3 2 sets of 1 max effort
super set
T bar rows- 2 sets of 10 1 set of 7
Iso rows- 1 set of 10 2 sets of 9
Lying tricep extensions- 3 sets of 8
