Cardio/Strength
Group Power fitness class - Instructor 1 Hour of strength training class. Working with new sets of bars & plates, so I added extra weight on my bar to try it out. I had 11 participants in class tonight, 3 men and 8 ladies. Still having new people coming to class, and having mixed gender in every class. This is a great program for all fitness levels and I'm enjoying teaching this class, while getting in my light training days at the same time.
A great workout after riding the roads today promoting our upcoming IBP meet in Marion, NC set for March 17th.
