Cardio/Strength
Group Power fitness class - Instructor 60 minutes of low weight/high reps w/barbells & weight plates. Had 12 participants tonight: 3 men/9 ladies. Had a great workout! I'm really enjoying teaching this class, and I'm getting positive feedback from the participants. It's great for light training days.
