Lying chest flies dumbbells- 3 sets of 9
Dumbbell floor presses- 2 sets of 9
Overhead band pulls(triceps)- 2 sets to failure
v-bar cable pull downs- 2 sets of 9
Dips- 2 sets of 12
Lying tricep extensions- 6 sets of 8
some treadmill time
