Shoulders/Cardio
Dumbbell Shoulder Presses . 20 lb dumbbells x 15 . 25 lb dumbbells x 15 . 30 lb dumbbells x 12
Assisted Pull Ups . 3 x 12
Military Push Ups . 3 x 15
Lat Pulls - Closed Grip Underhand . 100 lbs 3 x 12
Alternating Front Raise Dumbbells . 15 lb dumbbells x 15 . 12 lb dumbbells x 15 . 10 lb dumbbells x 15 . 8 lb dumbbells x 15
Lateral Raise Dumbbells . 5 lb dumbbells x 15
Reverse Flies . 5 lb plates 3 x 15
Elliptical . 15 minutes - burning 191 cals
Feeling run down by this afternoon, so chose to switch up a little to be able to complete my training day. Really wanted to hit cardio hard as I'm needing to drop some weight before my next meet. I just didn't have the energy for endurance today. I finished with the elliptical since it burns more than the treadmill in a short period of time. I then sat in the sauna for 15 minutes and called it a good day.

You have to listen to your body. Somedays you have to back off a little. Your doing the right thing.

Thanks, Keith. I stayed out of the gym all weekend, so I'm feeling better. I'll be bench pressing heavy tomorrow, so I'm ready to go at it again.
