Cardio 15 minutes Treadmill - 1.0 mile
Warm up Squats . bar weight 2 x 8 to a 10 1/2" box
Deadlift - working up to a 1 rep max . Warm up - 50 lb bar weight from the floor (no plates) . 55% max x 5 . 75% max x 2 . 90% max x 1 . 100% max x 1 (add belt) . New 1 rep max . 75% max 6 x 1 (working on improving form)
Rack Pulls - high pin . 90% 2 x 3
