Cardio/StrengthGroup Power fitness class - InstructorMy 1 Hour of Power!!! I had 8 participants in my class tonight, 3 men and 5 ladies. This class is an incredible full body workout in 60 minutes. It uses barbells & weight plates for low weight/high rep training. It's great for a good burn on a light day, and I love teaching the class. Power Up!! Tomorrow is heavy leg day!!
