Close grip bench- 1 set of 9 1 set of 8 1 set of 7
Overhead press(machine)- 1 set of 11 2 sets of 8
Lying overhead dumbbell extensions- 3 sets of 9
Deltoid machine(chest flies)- 3 sets of10
Lying tricep dumbbell extensions- 6 sets of 8
Decline sit ups- 2 sets of 15
