Well a week ago tonight I fell on my face box jumping. Bad wrist sprain but it was not broke so I was lucky. This week I have just been doing what I can trying to heal. Squatted 315 for 7 set of 10. I am super sore. I figured it was a good time to change things up since I am on the IR.

Thanks, me too. I have noticed as I get close to 40 that healing is a little slower. I did manage to do some speed deads aith 315 and pull the sled to death last night.

Jeff, by being in tune with the physiological changes of aging and needed training adjustments puts you ahead of the game!
Keep working hard and be patient.
