Flat Bench- A good warm up with stretches 2 sets of 1 with a pause 2 sets of 2 6 sets of 3
Close grip bench- 3 sets of 8
Decline bench- 3 sets of 8
Floor presses with barbell- 2 sets of 8
Deltoid machine chest flies- 3 sets of 10
Lying tricep extensions- 5 sets of 8
