Cardio/Strength/AbsTwo-a-day today Morning session Group Power fitness class Instructor Practice2 hours with added weight factorAfternoon session Flat Bench Leg Lifts2 x 15 Standing Ab Twist w/medicine ball3 x 15 Trunk Extensions w/medicine ball3 x 15 Stability Ball Crunches4 x 25 Stability Ball Hip Raises4 x 25 Stability Ball Oblique Crunches3 x 15 each sideSpider Monkeys1 x 10 (refer to Ansley Huffman's earliest training log post) This was a good rainy day workout, and was a switch up from my normal ab training. Tried Ansley's spider monkeys at the end, and have decided they belong near the beginning of this series. LOL!
