Dead lift in the power rack with purple bands hooked from top- 4 sets of 3 at 70% 2 sets of 3 at 80% 2 sets of 1 at 90% 1 set of 1 at 100%
Sand bag squats wide stance below parallel- 3 sets of 8
super set with
Purple band pull troughs- 3 sets of 10
Sumo sit ups with weighted ball- 3 sets of 15
a few minutes of cardio on the treadmill
