High Box Squats Warm Up w/ bar weight x 10 . 80% max 1 x 8 *max weight of below parallel squat . 110% max 1 x 6 . 120% max 1 x 4 . 130% max 1 x 2 . 140% max 1 x 1 ;D
Step Ups (above knee level) . w/ 30 lb dumbbells 3 x 12
Good Mornings . holding 50 lb sandbag to chest 3 x 12
Calf Raises on Leg Press machine . 200 lbs (plus sled weight) 3 x 25
Superset step ups, good mornings, and calf raises.
This was heavy leg work tonight on the squats. Performed less sets than last week, making larger jumps in weight per set. Was able to increase weight over last week, so am happy about this.
I'm pleased with the teamwork tonight. We had a good session.
