Standing calves: 4 x 20 (focus on pump and stretch contraction)

Chain suspended Rack Pulls: bar set at center of knee cap: 315x3 405x3 430x3 450x3 460x3 (PR)
Purple Band Pull Thrus: 3 x 10
Wide Leg Crunches: 45lbs = 3 x 10
Reverse Hyper: 120x10 140x10 140x10
