Raw to chest: 135 x 10 155 x 5 185 x 3 195 x 3 225 x 3 with reverse band added 3-Board with shirt 275 x 3 305 x 3 315 x 3 325 x 3 (missed groove on 3rd but muscled it up) 340 x 1 350 x 1 Raw Reps to chest: 170 x 15 (PR)
Assist work:
100 reps pulling movements with mini band 10 pullups to rear
Super set: Hammer curls w/ 35's (2 sets of 10) French Curl with curl bar w/20lbs. (2 sets of 20)
