4-16-2012 Max Effort Sq / Dl
Warmed up today with sets of 20 Donkey Calf raises and Squats with 30 lbs. dumbbell in each hand over head. 3 x 5 reps
Deads from floor: RAW today! 135 = 2 x 5 reps 225 x 5 275 x 5 (double overhand grip to this point and including this set) 315 x 5 (added belt here and over under grip) 375 x 5 375 x 10! (RAW REP PR!) (couldn't resist the urge... was scheduled for 3 x 5 reps but everything felt really good, so went ahead and did a rep set. Prob had about 3 or so reps left, but still being conservative at this point.)
Stiff leg good mornings: bar = 3 x 10 reps (45 sec rest)
Squats with barbell overhead: bar only x 10 reps and super deep squat.
Wide leg crunches: 70 x 10 90 x 10
Reverse Hypers: 100 lbs. = 3 x 10 (30 sec rest)
