Had a great dynamic bench session today! Warmed up then:
Barbell Bent Rows: 135 x 20 155 x 15 185 x 10 205 x 10 205 x 8 205 x 6 (Volume PR with 205 lbs)
Dynamic Bench (Fat Bar) 110 = 2 x 3 reps 120 = 2 x 3 reps 130 = 4 x 3 reps
Seated Military Barbell Press: (controlled tempo: 4 sec eccentric & 2 sec concentric) 95 lbs. x 10...failure at rep 10! 95 lbs. x 7... failure at rep 7!
Rack lockouts: (Fat Bar) 225 = 3 x 5 reps
Fat Bar Curls: (Bar = 57lbs) 3 x 10
Note: Bold print highlights something out of ordinary within the training session.
