Hit heavy tris, tris, and delts!!!! hit core as well (12 week under construction) Close grip: 135x10 225x10 315x10 405x5 495x1 ALL PAUSED Biceps: 135 4 x failure (9-12 reps) core: rev crunches, twists, hanging leg lifts all done 4 sets failure
