LegsLeg Press. 200 lbs 4 x 8 Leg Press Calf Raises. 200 lbs 4 x 8 Squat (used for warm-up). 50 lb bar x 8 . 100 lbs 2 x 8 Atlas Stone. 1 lift to knee height Cement Kettle lift w/walk-up. 2 1/2 times the length of the parking lot Tire Flipping (NOT). Isometric attempt (This thing is nearly 4 x my body weight!! Cardio. 1 hour Tonight's training was a "STRONGMAN" training plan. It seems that I came up short on this one, but I gave it a good try anyhow!! Haha! I DID accomplish getting some good muscle work, as I learned a lot about technique and form. Proud of the guys on my team as they performed VERY well in this training. Trained my Special Olympic Powerlifting team after my own training tonight. I'm so pleased with the progress of these young lifters. Preparing for their first competition, and also the qualifiers for the summer olympics. I finished up my workout with cardio at home tonight, by doing the full hour Group Power workout without the weight plates and barbells. Just used body weight and full range of motion for the entire program. If I'm lucky, all this movement may keep me from getting sore from the strongman stuff...
