finished with a walk on the treadmill, some time in the hot tub and sauna. Bench is down but will come back with consistancy. Have missed a lot of workouts lately for various reasons

Haven't posted lately, just took 2 1/2 weeks off lifting. Three weeks ago I benched and went up to 515, things felt good. I went back in on Thursday that week and did some speed work then went to overhead presses and on my second set with 225 I got a terrible pain in my elbow. I am pretty sure it was just a bad case of accute tricep tendonitis. I'm working on it and it's getting much better but for a little while I couldn't straighten the arm all the way or bend it enough to touch my face.
Anyway, I went in and benched tonight, it was still sore but I surprised myself and went up to 510 so I'm feeling pretty good. Hope it keeps getting better.
