Deadlift
10 x 135 8 x 225 5 x 315 3 x 405 1 x 435 1 x 455 miss 480
Finished with abdominal work and walked 1.5 mile on treadmill. The 455 felt fine but I was slow off the floor with the 480 so I put it down, didn't want to strain. First time doing DL in probably six months or more. Will try to go up in weight and reps next week to build my strength back up. Back is feeling better but I still get a little pain in my left calf but it seems to be getting better.
