Just starting this log. Have been meaning to for a while. Haven't been training very hard for a while. Hurt my back at the Arnold last year and reinjured it several months ago (herniated disc). Have tried to rehab it myself, have seen the doctor and gottten treatment and am currently trying to start back working out heavier and regaining some strength. I'll start different threads for my workouts. Please feel free to comment or ask questions.
