Cardio/StrengthGroup Power fitness classInstructor Practice1 hour No additional lifts beyond the class tonight. I've had a good week, and the heavy legs last night left me burning immensely with 20 lbs on the bar for 5 1/2 minutes of squats in the Legs segment. Have a Great Weekend everyone! POWER UP!!!
